Woody's Outdoor Power has been involved with asphalt snowmobile racing since 1996. It all started at Firebird Raceway with a 1996 ZRT 600. We were limited to 1/8th mile (660 feet) passes and ran 7.4 seconds at 80 mph. With a lot of tuning, technology and horsepower we have knocked those times down to 5.8 seconds at over 122 mph. Today we run the full 1/4 mile (1320 feet) at times as fast as 9.09 seconds @ 144 mph. We currently have 4 sleds on our team.
